A thousand thanks to you for making my stay in Israel almost effortless. I have ALS and tire quickly. The scooter rental was a God send. I was able to go everywhere I wanted to go and since getting to each location was easy, I had the energy to really enjoy my trip. In Tel Aviv I took the scooter to the shopping district and even the mall with little effort. This was the trip of my dreams and I really can't imagine it without your wonderful service. Delivery and pickup were so easy and efficient. What was really wonderful was that we went with a regular tour group and did not have to struggle to keep up or slow down the group. Thank you so much for helping make my dream of "walking where Jesus walked" come true.

We want to thank you again for providing an opportunity for Tom and I to see Israel together. We were very happy to find that Tom could use the scooter in most of the sites we visited. This resulted in his ability to see about 90% of our itinerary and he enjoyed every minute of it. We have visited Bet Shean three times over the past five years but this was the first time he was able to see it. We finally arrived home tonight after a three day detour to North Carolina due to the Hurricane in the United States.
We had an amazing trip to Israel. We could not have had such a fabulous time without your scooter. My father was able to do everything, go everywhere, see everything and really enjoy the country.

This letter is long overdue, and I apologize for that.
Although the circumstances of our meeting (the battery of my own scooter "blow up" ) were distressing for me and must have been difficult for you, it was a delight to meet you and your wife (I am sorry I can't remember her name). My friend Gloria and I still moved at the enormous effort you made to help me and to reach our hotel in time for our guided tour. I never did find out what time you left Rishon Letzion that morning.
Shortly I after I returned to Toronto I had a total shoulder replacement and still go to therapy three times a week, which is why I am so behind in my correspondence.
If you ever find yourselves in Toronto, please let us know, I know Gloria would love to see you, my house is accessible as is most of public transit.

Dear Miguel,
How can I thank you for opening up a new chapter in my fathers’ life?
My father had just celebrated his 71st birthday and 50th wedding anniversary when he received a surprise invitation from his old army buddies to celebrate 50 years since graduating officers school in Kfar Sirkin (top row, third from right).
My father suffers from Parkinson’s which limits his mobility. At the time he received the invitation to travel to Israel, he had been home-bound for months – it was a very frustrating period, and things were quickly deteriorating.
Did I mention that father’s day was rapidly approaching?
Luckily I discovered access4you.co.il, emailed you and had the pleasure of meeting you and your lovely wife in person. I am so glad I chose a family business which focuses on providing mobility, rather than a generic medical equipment supplier. You understood our needs from the perspective of a customer, not just a business owner. It was obvious you were committed to ensuring that we had a positive experience with the scooter. When we had a technical question, you were there. We couldn’t ask for better service.
My father and I toured a military base in the Negev, visited Masada and toured Tel-Aviv from Yaffo to the Namal, from the Tayelet to the Ayalon. We covered a lot of ground – I had no idea the scooter would have such range! Shuk Ha-Carmel, Habima and Cameri theatres, and quite a few falafel stands. This is the same guy that barely left his home!
Now that we are back in Vancouver we are just about to purchase our own scooter to continue the success we experienced in Israel. A new chapter.

You did help to make his trip possible.
He has been home now for almost a week and can not stop talking about the trip and Israel.
Going to Israel was his dream.
He continues to talk about the scooter and how that made it possible for him to go everywhere with the group.

"I suffer from MS and consequently, I am unable walk long distances. As a biomedical scientist, I was asked this fall (2010) to present my research at an international meeting at the spa at Ein Gedi above the Dead Sea. I was warned in advance that the rooms and meeting center were separated by more than a kilometer of paved path with many steep sections. Before I agreed to attend, the travel agency in charge had me get in touch with Access 4 You to see whether rental of one their scooters might provide a solution to my mobility needs. The scooter was a life saver and I used it during my entire 10 day visit to Israel; very light, easy to use, powerful enough for many types of terrain, and fit into the trunks of even the smallest cab. No matter how far I went, I was never able to run down the battery completely. Access 4 You delivered the scooter to my hotel in Tel Aviv, precisely at the appointed time and pick it up at my hotel in Jerusalem, again precisely at the appointed time. The staff at Access 4 You were professional, friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful at pointing out the various sites in Israel that were accessible to the disabled. I had a wonderful visit, in no small part to the scooter provided by Access 4 You at an extremely reasonable price. They are able to provide the disabled with an easy mobility solution for a safe trip to this wonderful country."

Miguel, I would like to thank you for the wonderful scooter and service you provided me on my recent visit to Israel. You met me in Eilat with the scooter as planned, provided a very thorough handover. The scooter enabled me to tour Israel, without it due to my disability I would have been very limited. I was able to scooter along the promenades in the evening and even enjoy the Western wall. Even when I had a query in Tel Aviv you met up with me within a few hours and then subsequently went the extra mile and took my family to our destination in your car. My wife and I had a wonderful two week trip to Israel. We toured all over; Tel Aviv, Tiberias, Haifa and a week in Jerusalem. Since I have Multiple Sclerosis and severe difficulty walking the scooter I rented from Access 4 you was exactly what I needed. It gave me the ability to tour all the important sights including Masada and the Dead Sea. I was able to navigate in the crowded areas of the Old City of Jerusalem. I picked up the scooter in Tel Aviv and left it in my hotel in Jerusalem.

"We have just spent an amazing 10 days in Tel Aviv with my parents of 89 and 92 who thanks to the hire of the scooters from access4you were able to enjoy trips along the promenade, the Old Port, the Hayarkon Park and the beautiful Rothschild Avenue. Without these scooters they would have spent most of the time in the hotel or car being ferried from one place to the other. The scooters gave them freedom and independence that would otherwise have been denied them.
It was also a pleasure to deal with Miguel and his wife who were extremely helpful at all times.
I would definitely recommend the use of these scooters for anyone who has difficulty walking as they will turn a pleasant holiday into an amazing one!!"

I contacted Access 4 you when I broke my foot a few weeks before a long planned family trip to Italy. There's no doubt that the mobility scooter saved the trip for me! It allowed me to be with my family every step of the way (sometimes even a few steps ahead!) and enjoy every minute.
The scooter size is perfect- not too small to allow comfortable sitting and not too large to allow easy mobility and make it easier to carry in and out of the trunk. (After a couple tries it took my brother no longer than one minute to load and unload!).
Also, the service was excellent and extremely friendly, the scooter was delivered and picked up at the airport at the time we requested, even though it was very late at night. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with limited mobility who wants to travel.
The only thing I would recommend is to research the places you'll be traveling to beforehand to make sure that to is scooter accessible ( places with many stairs might pose a problem).

We decided to visit Israel for Pesah but we were concerned about my mother's mobility, my mother is 75 years old. We were lucky to find the advertisement from "Access 4 you" (the scooter rental company in Israel) on the EL-AL airplane magazine. My husband called from the airport and we booked a rental. By the time we arrived at our hotel, there was a man from "Access 4 you" waiting for us. Our scooter arrived before we got to our hotel, and made our trip and of course my mother's extra special. When traveling with my mother to Israel, we will always contact "Access 4 you".
The service was excellent, the scooter was perfect for my mother and the price was very reasonable

One hour before our flight to Israel I broke my ankle. I was sure that the joy of my trip was gone. When we arrived to Israel my friend that lives in Israel suggested to rent a scooter.
We looked at the internet and we found "Access 4 you" so I decided to rent one.
I want to say that the scooter was the best idea I ever had. I used this scooter for 7 days and really enjoyed my stay in Israel! . We really had a wonderful time and this scooter gave me the freedom from worry. I could just go anywhere.
Please keep up the great service as it gives worry-free traveling to people like myself who could not enjoy the experience of the journey of a lifetime visiting Israel.
